I myself am against it. I need clear facts that can refute a person who is for abortion.
Can you answer the age old question on: If a girl got raped and pregnant. What should she do?
Please don’t tell me it’s the girls choice because I’m having a debate on this.
I am against abortion because the wanton taking of an innocent life is morally offensive.
I think an exception could be made in the case of rape, especially if the abortion is done early. The victim would have been justified in killing the rapist during the assault under the law of self defense. It could be argued that the baby is an extension of the violation by the rapist.
1) Killing is wrong
2) this is a child you created

Well, I am pro life, but if a girl is raped, or her dad/brother/cousin messes around with her, then I can support her decision to terminate on the grounds of emotional trauma and genetic problems for the baby.
other than for health issues or violent crimes, I support life. I had sex for the 1st time when I was 15, and I knew full well how babies were made. I was lucky, used protection, and 15 years later, I am still not a mother. I am 100% against convenience abortions. The "choice" we all hear about is in the decision to have sex with our bodies, not in the decision to throw away an unborn body, who already has its own set of DNA and individual fingerprints, so in essence, has it’s own physical body that holds seperate DNA than the mother.So the right to one’s own body only goes so far when it effects somebody else. That is true with any rights we have today. You cant yell "fire" cause somebody else might get hurt, but we all have the same freedom to speech and assembly.
No other species on Earth treats their unborn like we do. Such a shame. I wonder what other intelligent species think of us, ya know, if they have ever orbited Earth and looked at what we are doing. We kill more of our own now that we are in "civilized" society than we did when we were categorized as "primative". Very odd.

if the child was rape i think maybe it should be put up for adoption or if they choose the abortion the should be able to the point is to give girls a choice
but if it was just silly teenages they should keep the child its their fault they got pregent
i hate the fact that its murdering a child but what about the mother if it was rape you have to think of her too,people say that the child should be giving up to adoption agencys but its not easy to give up a child plus sometimne the mother doesnt want to give birth to it in the first place

1, It is killing a child, the child just doesn’t have a brain that allows them to talk so they can speak up.
#2 I believe with all my heart that God had a plan for that child and they could grow up to be a great person and improve the world:)
#3 It goes against God’s law entirely! You should have no reason to have a child you don’t want unless you are a mean person. If your going to get yourself into a position where you could have a kid, you should be prepared, and actually want to be a parent.But today, you have people who just live for the moment and not for there longgggg life that lays ahead.
This world is just crazy:(And for your question, I think he girl should either give the baby up for adoption if she doesn’t want or isn’t able to take care of him/her since this wasn’t her fault. Or she could take care of the baby and raise him/her if she thinks she wants to and is prepared.

Life begins at conception as proven through advanced scientific studies and technology. With the exception of rape, pregnancy is avoidable through various birth control methods. Furthermore, adoption relieves women from the responsibility of raising the child. How can a woman’s inconvenience be a greater evil than the termination of life? That fact there are other options, abortion is never justifiable. Lastly, I was battered severly when I was 11 weeks pregnant. An ultrasound was conducted shortly after the attack and I saw my fetus moving about in ways that convinced me my baby felt my panic and fear. I was always neutral to the abortion law prior to this incident. Now I believe abortion is wrong and pure selfishness. People need to be more responsible and if an unwanted pregnancy occurs ADOPTION is available.
