Yeah, it approaches 100% when they’re standing to be judged and have to try to explain why they killed their unborn child.

All of them. Do you imagine anyone takes this lightly? There always comes that quiet moment at the end of a day when the kids are out playing just before dinner and their laughter seeps through the walls of the house and into the mind. "I wonder what life would have been like if only….." But there is regret, and there is regret. Everyone has some little regret. The question is, how significant is the regret. No one is jumping up and down bragging about how many abortions they have had. Having an abortion is a serious life choice and some people can make it, walk away from it, and understand that at this point in their life they have made the very best possible decision for themselves, and then live with their choice. Others have more difficulty.

I know two people who have gotten abortions to my knowledge. Neither of them regret it. I don’t think there is any way to find out how many regret it or not though.

I think most women who have had abortions feel regret or sorrow at one point or another, particularly the ones who went on to have children later in their life. I don’t think abortion is the "quick fix" people imagine it to be. It’s something that any woman will remember for the rest of her life. I’m sure a lot of women suffer from mental health issues after having an abortion.

I’ve seen statistics on this, but they vary widely, depending on how the question is worded and how the group of women is picked. If a sstudy is done scientifically, with an effort to make sure that a really random sample of women is included, most women don’t significantly regret having had an abortion. A few do, but that’s to be expected of any life choice.
I’ve seen a lot of numbers, too, that seem to show that a significant number of women who considered abortion regret NOT getting abortions. They’ve experienced a lot of negative things from not getting an abortion, both mental and physical after effects.

well. there isnt an exact percentage. you’ll have to ask every woman across the whole united states if they had an abortion and whether or not they regretted it. and who would do that?
any how, we all should automatically know the answer to that. there are approximately 3.4 million abortions per year here in the U.S last time i checked. thats alot of abortions. Do you really think 3.4 million women regretted it? i dont think so. most women know what they’re doing when they go through with this procedure. its not like they were forced. clinics even offer councelling before the procedure to make sure they are sure about. so if a woman regrets an abortion, she obviously was unsure about getting one the whole time.
So those who say all women regret having an abortion, think twice about that. you just want them all to regret it.
