If you go to a Planned Parenthood clinic that has a low-income program it can be as cheap as 100$. If you tells them you have no job, no money and no support they will likely have you pay the minimum for the procedure and get donations to cover the rest. 1-800-230-PLAN (1-800-230-7526) to find the Planned Parenthood clinic nearest you. If you are underage it will mostly likely be free and it’s always confidential.
You have the choice between the pill (which can be taken up to 11weeks, at home or at a friends house) or the vacuum method (in clinic procedure). Personally I used the pill method so I could be at home with my husband but some women want to have the surgical, so it’s done and over with when they leave the clinic.
You will be financially screened – usually this goes on the honor system, weight/height taken, blood pressure checked, pricked -fingertip- to check for rH factor and anemia, you will receive an ultrasound or sonogram to determine gestational age. You must finish at the very least your course of antibiotics. Follow all aftercare instructions and go back to your after care appt. This last step is vital, you must go back for your aftercare appt! You should have a regular period in 4 to 8 weeks.you should have the option of receiving birth control – again this will most likely be free, take it and use it correctly.

well, I had to get one done here in Phoenix due to complications on a pregnancy and it was $500.00. My suggestion is to go to an adoption clinic. That baby could be someones that cant have them.

My Aunt’s Niece ( from the other side of the family) went to an abortion clinic and got the abortion Pill, but I think you need to be before 8 weeks and they check you before you get it. That cost her $400, a "real" abortion would be way more expensive.

It really depends on the state and I am not familiar with Connecticut, some places I believe it is free if you really need help. It would be best to contact planned parenthood and discuss your options with them. In the end it is your right to choose to have an abortion or not and I think the people who answered you so negatively really should not be so judgmental. But there is something to keep in mind, make sure you think about it long and hard before you decide to, it’s a decision that can’t be undone, and an emotional one. Also, I have heard a few stories (though not sure how reliable) that some women couldn’t have children later on in life because of some complication from an abortion, so that’s another thing to keep in mind if you do want kids one day. Go and speak to planned parenthood though, they are there to help and they can tell you all the facts and help you make the right decision for yourself.

Actually free. I had one done at 16 and initially I went into planned parenthood and had a prego test and it was confirmed then they you know were stating my options which I already knew I was going to get an abortion and directed me to the welfare office where they actually paid for the abortion to get done. My friend also had one done near the same time I did and she was also 16 and her boyfriend paid for it and i believe it was like almost 500. I was six weeks and she was seven weeks. We both had them done through planned parenthood. They were very nice and didnt seem to judge.
