My friends and I have always been fascinated with the topic of abortion in relation to its controversy.
Arguments for include: Freedom of ‘what’ you give birth to.
Rape situations
Financial situations etc.
Arguments against Include: "religious" views (if relevent, thus obviously not in my case) Irresonsible use of the abortion system etc.
I’d really like an educated, well thought response so please give your opinion.

I am pro-choice when it comes to abortion, although girls who use abortion as a form of contraception need their head examining! Prevention is always better than a cure especially in preventing an unwanted pregnancy.
Using abortion to "choose the sex" of a baby is wrong – babies are a gift to be cherished regardless of gender.
Abortion should never be used lightly but keeping it legal is a necessity – do we want to go back to the days of back street abortionists? women sneaking around having an abortion in a dirty environment, putting their lives at risk – I think not.
