I am doing a report on the topic abortion. I need facts. Does anybody have any good websites they no about. For your info, in a debate, im for abortion, not against it.
I found a webisite called PASS…its about Post Abortion Stress Syndrome. It helps people deal with the after effects. It has some pretty good links, and stories from women that have had abortions. Its a pro-choice website.
FYI…just to respond to an earlier post…not everyone in parenting is Pro-Life. I’m pro-choice myself.

Why don`t you tell that to the hundreds of "Partial-Birth-Abortion" survivors who were delivered alive. Pres Obama is going to open up the abortion market so that millions of American babies will be butchered by doctors and their little bodies can then be used to make miracle medicines cures for some deceases.
I asked a question about why there were more abortions in red states than blue states. Said my stats were partisan, so I asked my next question, "Is the CDC partisan" I had explained my previous question. Then I got called out by some right wing guy that asked me that why the CDC keeps track of abortion when its not a disease. I assume that he assumed that I was making it all up.

Many people told me that they imply did not believe me. I want to know if they have a reason to not believe Stats from the CDC, or if they merely choose not to believe anything that does not conveniently fit their paradigm.

Because people are not responsible for their actions, except for rape. It is never a woman’s fault that she is raped, but instead of killing someone else (her fetus) she should have it. There is such a thing called "adoption" that I think many people have forgotten about. And yes, a fetus is a living thing. It starts out as a bundle of cells, and cells are living. I know a girl that got an abortion because she basically didn’t want a baby yet. She had unprotected sex because she was drunk. If she was old enough and responsible enough to get drunk and have unprotected sex then I think she is old enough and responsible enough to have a baby. And as far as choice goes, it is the mothers choice whether she wants to raise the baby or give it up for adoption. Since when is it someones choice whether their child lives or dies??? YES IT IS A WOMAN’S CHOICE TO DO WHAT SHE WANTS TO HER BODY, BUT SHE MADE THAT CHOICE WHEN SHE GOT PREGNANT!

Also, we can provide counseling to pregnant women who are considering an abortion…and counseling to women who have had an abortion.
I have extremely strong convictions when it comes to the life of children. Even in the case of rape and incest…NO ABORTION. The child DOES NOT deserve the death penalty…the FATHER DOES. In cases of the life of the mother or child…prayerful decisions need to be made.
